WORCESTER-Rita M. (Ostiguy) Humphrey, 82 of Worcester, formerly of Oxford, died Saturday January 26, 2013 in the Notre-Dame Long Term Care Center after an illness. Her husband John Humphrey passed away in 1995. Her son Alan V. Humphrey passed away in 2006. She leaves a daughter Lori Bonner of N. Grafton, a sister Olive Pitz of Auburn, and a brother Lloyd Ostiguy of Bradenton, FL She is also survived by a daughter-in-law, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews. Rita was born in Canada, and was the daughter of the late Josephat and Mary Olive (Sheehan) Ostiguy. Rita was a caregiver to many members of her family, and a lifelong hard worker. She loved to dance and spend time with her family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours from 1- 4 PM Sunday, February 3rd in the Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, 91 Central Street Auburn. There will be a private burial in Notre-Dame Cemetery at a later date.
