Janice R. (Frazer) Dubois, 71, of Shrewsbury died Monday, February 17, 2014 after an illness. Her devoted husband, George H. Dubois died in 2013.She leaves two sons, Jason E. Dubois of Shrewsbury and David A. Frazer and his wife, Fawn of Winchendon, two grandchildren, Sara (Frazer) Cadden of Westminister and Joshua A. Frazer of Winchendon; two great grandchildren, Brooke Catherine Cadden and Emma Ann Cadden ; a niece Jennifer L. Dubois of Millbury; a brother, Robert L. Frazer and his wife, Carole and their family of Newbern, NC; her sister and best friend , Verna “Mickey” Peterson of Marlborough; and three caring nieces, Karen, Lisa and Charlene and their families. Janice was born in Marlborough, daughter of the late Charles and Anita (Fontaine) Frazer. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all. She was very passionate animal lover; starting at the age of 7, she rode and cared for many horses until her early 30’s. She also enjoyed being surrounded by dogs all of her life, especially her Rottweiler “Bobby”. A memorial service honoring Janice’s life will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Britton-Shrewsbury Funeral Home, 648 Main Street, Shrewsbury. In lieu of flowers memorial donation can be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League, 139 Holden Street, Worcester, MA 01601.
